Product Description

Working Principle

The working principle of LX series silicon carbide centrifugal spray granulation drying equipment is that the ambient air is sent to the heater through the filter for heating. The granulator is evenly distributed into the drying chamber, and rotates in a spiral shape. At the same time, the material liquid is sent to the high-speed centrifugal granulation atomizer at the top of the drying tower, and is sprayed from the nozzle hole of the atomizing disc to form fine particles under the action of centrifugal force. At this time, the hot air is in contact with the material instantly, and the water evaporates quickly, forming spherical particles in a very short time, which fall to the discharge port at the bottom of the drying tower; some of the finer products enter the cyclone through the exhaust pipe and the exhaust gas. The separator conducts gas-solid separation, which is recovered by the collection barrel set at the bottom of the cyclone separator; the remaining fine powder and tail gas enter the dust collector through the exhaust pipe for secondary gas-solid separation, and the tail gas that meets the local environmental protection tail gas emission standard then passes through The exhaust pipe is vented to the atmosphere.
