Product Description


1. Rapid drying speed. The surface area of the material will be enlarged greatly when liquid raw material is atomized and 95% -98% of water can be evaporated instantly in the hot airflow. The drying time only need to take several seconds. This dryer is especially suitable for heating sensitive material.

YT series pressure spray drying granulator is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time and the pressure of the high-pressure pump, so that the material liquid is atomized into fine droplets and dried into powder. According to the process requirements, the pressure of the liquid pump and the size of the flow orifice can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain size ratio. In particular, larger diameter granular products can be obtained.



The working process of YT series pressure spray granulation drying equipment is that the material and liquid are input into the nozzle at high pressure through the high-pressure pump, spraying mist droplets, rising like a fountain, and then descending with the hot air, and most of the powder particles are discharged from the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator, the waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the pollination cylinder located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The recovery rate is 99.5-99.8%.


The materials of the tower body, pipeline and separator of the YT series pressure spray granulation drying machine in contact with the material are all made of ICr18Ni9Ti material. There is sufficient thermal insulation layer between the inside of the tower body and the outer shell, and the filling material is ultra-fine glass wool ( Aluminum silicate thermal insulation material), the tower body is equipped with observation door, sight glass, light source and thermocouple and control instrument for temperature in and out, which are controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.


The heat source of the heating device of the equipment is electricity, which has the advantages of convenient operation, quick start, reasonable structure, compactness, clean hot air, low carbon and environmental protection. There is a controllable device in the electrical control cabinet, so that the temperature of the heater can be adjusted steplessly.


YT series pressure granulation spray dryer is especially suitable for drying granulation of alumina, zinc oxide, ferrite and ceramic materials.
