Product Description
Process Explanation
The treated feed liquid is pumped from the feed to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying tower. The rotational speed of the centrifugal atomizer is 18500R.PM. Under the action of centrifugal force, the feed liquid is uniformly atomized and enters the tower.
After the normal temperature air is treated by the high-efficiency air filter, it enters the heating system. When it is heated to the temperature required by the process, it enters the upper part of the drying tower evenly through the hot air pipeline and hot air distributor. Dry to powder. The dried powder is separated from the cyclone separator through the discharge pipeline at the bottom of the drying tower, and the separated powder is collected by the bottom bucket; the dust and exhaust gas separated by the cyclone separator are then introduced into the wet dust collector through the induced draft fan, and after dust removal treatment exhaust into the atmosphere.
